Return & Refund Policy

At Wolf & Sparrow Studio, every piece is either handmade, hand-finished, or produced in small batches. Because of this, we maintain a clear and fair return policy.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Item must be in original condition

  • All tags must be attached

  • Proof of purchase is required

If these conditions are met, you may choose:

  • Store credit

  • Exchange for equal value

We do not guarantee cash refunds unless the item is defective.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale:

  • Jewelry (for hygiene reasons)

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Discounted / sale items

  • Flea market purchases (unless defective)

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receiving it at:

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will:

  • Replace the item, or

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method

Flea Market Purchases

All flea market sales are considered final sale unless the item is defective at time of purchase.

Please inspect items before completing your purchase.

Exchanges (Sizing Issues)

If you need a different size:

  • Exchanges are allowed within 14 days (if inventory is available)

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping (if purchased online)

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
