Wolf & Sparrow Studio Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Wolf & Sparrow Studio. Each order is carefully prepared and packaged before being shipped, delivered, or made available for local pickup.
Order Processing Time
Shipped orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
During high-volume periods, product releases, markets, or holidays, processing times may take slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.
Processing time is separate from the carrier's estimated delivery time.
U.S. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Wolf & Sparrow Studio currently ships within the United States only.
Our current standard shipping rates are:
Orders under $70: $8 Standard Shipping
Orders $70 and over: Free Standard Shipping
Standard shipping generally arrives within 3–7 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, high shipping volume, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
Tracking information is provided for shipped orders when available.
Local Delivery
Local delivery is available to eligible addresses within our Lubbock, Texas delivery area.
Our current local delivery rates are:
Minimum order: $25
Orders $25–$69.99: $5 Local Delivery
Orders $70 and over: Free Local Delivery
Local delivery orders are typically delivered within 1–2 business days.
Delivery availability is determined by the address entered during checkout. If your address is outside our local delivery area, Local Delivery will not appear as an available option.
We may contact you if additional delivery instructions are needed.
Please make sure your delivery address and any necessary access instructions are correct before placing your order.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping or delivery address at checkout.
If an order is returned to Wolf & Sparrow Studio because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, contact Wolf & Sparrow Studio as soon as possible through our official social media accounts. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has already been processed or shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows that your package is still in transit beyond the expected delivery window, please contact the shipping carrier using the tracking information provided.
If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact Wolf & Sparrow Studio within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can help determine the appropriate next steps.
If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first:
- Check around the delivery area, mailbox, porch, or other locations where the carrier may have left the package.
- Check with household members or neighbors who may have accepted the delivery.
- Contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number.
If the package still cannot be located, contact Wolf & Sparrow Studio and we will help determine the appropriate next steps.
Wolf & Sparrow Studio cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Damaged Items During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, please contact Wolf & Sparrow Studio within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the damaged item.
- Clear photos of the shipping packaging when applicable.
Once the damage has been reviewed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution depending on the circumstances and product availability.
Please do not discard damaged packaging until the issue has been resolved, as photos or packaging information may be needed for a carrier claim.
Local Pickup
Free local pickup is available in Lubbock, Texas.
Pickup orders are generally prepared within 2–4 days.
You will receive a Ready for Pickup notification when your order is available. Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received this notification.
Pickup is available Saturday and Sunday only.
Please bring your order confirmation when collecting your order.
Orders should be picked up within 14 days of receiving the Ready for Pickup notification unless other arrangements have been made.
Pre-Orders & Limited Releases
Some Wolf & Sparrow Studio products may occasionally be sold as pre-orders, limited releases, or made-to-order items.
When a product has a different processing or fulfillment timeline, that information will be clearly stated on the product page.
If an order contains both an in-stock item and a pre-order or made-to-order item, the entire order may be held until all items are available unless other arrangements are made.
Estimated release and fulfillment dates are provided in good faith but may occasionally change due to production, supplier, or shipping delays.
