Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Wolf & Sparrow Studio. Each piece is carefully prepared and packaged in small batches.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume periods, product drops, or seasonal markets, processing times may extend slightly.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight

  • Destination

  • Selected shipping speed

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We currently ship within the United States.

All shipments include tracking.

Wolf & Sparrow Studio is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • USPS / UPS / FedEx

  • Weather

  • High shipping volume periods

  • Incorrect address provided at checkout

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address:

  • Customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier:

  • Wolf & Sparrow Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • We recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.

If you believe your package was lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of expected delivery.

Damaged Items During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 7 days.

  2. Provide clear photos of the packaging and damaged item.

  3. Include your order number.

If approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund.

Local Pickup

If local pickup is available:

  • You will receive a notification when your order is ready.

  • Orders must be picked up within 14 days unless otherwise arranged.

Pre-Orders & Limited Drops

For pre-order or limited-release items:

  • Shipping timelines will be clearly stated on the product page.

  • Orders containing pre-order items will ship once all items are available unless split shipping is requested (additional fees may apply).
